REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made, and ends 14 (fourteen) days after the receipt of the goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in excellent condition suitable for resale, for a replacement, exchange or refund of the same item.

 

After cancelling the order you have 14 (fourteen) days to return any items already shipped. You will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your return.

Goods will be refunded or exchanged for different sizes/designs/products (providing they are the same price as the goods being returned), as long as we are informed of the action required by the customer/receive the items within the timeframe stated above.

Please send returns to the address below (unless you have been informed that you will be sent pre-paid packaging in which you can return the goods). You must include a note stating your name, order number, email address and what action you require us to take.

You will be notified via email when we receive the goods) and no action will be taken by us until then.
